If you can’t find an answer in the FAQ, please message us directly from the app’s Help section.
Please, try to describe what is happening as detailed as possible, let us know what steps you took before the issue occurred, and if it is possible, attach a screenshot or screen recording.
Here’s a guide on how to submit a help request directly from the main Drops app:
ANDROID
1. Profile menu on the bottom right
2. Scroll down to the bottom of Settings
3. Click on HELP
4. Choose an account for Drops
5. Click on the + sign
7. Type in the description of your problem in as many details as possible, attach a screenshot if possible by clicking on the paperclip and hit send
iOS

3. Click on HELP

5. Click on New
6. Type in the description of your problem in as many details as possible, attach a screenshot if possible by clicking on the paperclip and hit send
If you can’t open the Drops app by any reason and you need help, please email us to support@languagedrops.com and describe the problem in as many details as possible.
