Before submitting a help request to our support team, please use the search function to see if the solution to your problem is there.
If you can’t find it, please send us a message directly from the app’s Help section by going to your profile's screen, tapping on settings (top right corner)and selecting Help. You will be presented with the list of the available articles to choose from.
If after selecting the most relevant article you still require assistance, please submit your help request describing the issue you’re experiencing and providing as much information as possible. Let us know what steps you took before the issue began (for example, if you updated the app), and if it is possible, attach a screenshot or screen recording.
