Progress is measured in a few different ways within Drops.
The daily streak is counted after a completed session on a given day. A session is completed if you played for the preferred session length that you have set in your settings.
Your progress is the number of words you have learned.
If you can’t see your progress or streak, please log out of Drops and then log back into the same account you learned the words in. Make sure you use the proper login method and the proper email associated with that login method.
Having multiple Drops accounts can cause confusion.
If you use the Email login method, make sure you choose “Existing user? Log in”.
If you still can’t see your progress, please message us directly from the app’s Help section and share as much detail regarding your experience as possible so we can investigate and troubleshoot.
